সিপিয়ার সহিত পালসেটিলার অনেক লক্ষনে অর্থাৎ সদা উৎকন্ঠা, অমঙ্গল আশন্কা ইত্যাদিতে মিল আছে।তবে সিপিয়ার রোগিণী সংসারের কাজে এমন কি,স্বামী ও ছেলেমেয়ের প্রতিও ঔদাসীন্য দেখায় এবং খিটখিটে মেজাজের হয়।পালসের রোগিণী লক্ষণ বলিবার সময় কাঁদে,সিপিয়া জিজ্ঞাসা করিলে কাঁদে।
নেট্রাম মিউরের রোগিণীও পালসেটিলার মত সামান্য কারণে কান্না করে।তবে পালসেটিলার রোগিণীকে সান্ত্বনা দিলে সন্তুষ্ট হয়,কিন্তু নেট্রাম মিউরে সান্ত্বনায় কান্না আরও বৃদ্ধি পায়।
ইগ্নেসিয়াতেও সর্বদা বিষণ্ন ও
দুঃখিতভাব আছে,কিন্তু পালসেটিলার রোগীণীর মত সান্ত্বনা প্রাপ্তির আশায় কাঁদিয়া কাঁদিয়া নিজ দুঃখের বিষয় অপরকে জানাইতে চাই না, সে শোকদুঃখ নীরবে সহ্য করে।।
ষ্ট্যানাম মেটেও পালসেটিলার মত সামন্য কারণে কান্না করা আছে।ষ্ট্যানাম মেটের রোগী শীর্ণ এবং বক্ষঃস্থলে সাতিশয় দুর্বলতা অনুভব করে।ফুসফুসের অসুখ হইলে ভাবিয়া আকুল হয় এবং নিরাশায় কান্না করে,সে মনে তার মৃত্য হইবে।
লাইকোর রোগী ধন্যবাদ দিলে কান্না করে। এই লিখাটা আমি পালসেটিলার আলোচনাই লিখেছিলাম।যে হেতু সিপিয়ার সাথে তুলনামূলক আলোচনা।তাই এখানে দিলাম।
অ্যালোতে দেখা যায় মলদ্বারের ওপর রুগীর খেয়াল থাকে,বিশষ মনোযোগ আকৃষ্ট থাকে,কখন মল বেরিয়ে যেতে পারে।
তেমনী সিপিয়াতে জরায়ুর ব্যাপারে অতিসচেতনতা কাজ করে।হাসতে গেলে, কাশতে গেলে প্রস্রাব বেরিয়ে যেতে পারে।
এই লক্ষনের আমার এক ভাবিকে পেয়েছিলাম।
তিনি আমাদের বাড়ীতে বেড়াতে আসলো।তার স্বামীর কথা জিজ্ঞেস করলাম। তিনি আমাকে বললেন জানি না কেমন আছে।তাকে আমার দেখতে মন চাইনা।আবার তার অনেক ভালোবাসার কথা আমাকে শুনালো।আবার শুনালো তার ছেলের প্রতি তেমন কোন ভালোবাসা নেই।
তিনি আমাকে জানালো আমার ছেলে এবং আমার স্বামীকে ভালোবাসা উচিৎ, আমি আগে তাদের খুবই ভালোবাসতাম কিন্তু এখন আমি ঐ বিষয়ে কোন অনুভুতি পাই না।
(আমি ভেবেছিলাম হইত তার স্বামী কর্তৃক অত্যাচার জনিত কারনে।কিন্তু না।) এটা অন্যরকম জনিত একটা কারন।আমি বুজলাম এটাই সিপিয়ার মানসিক অবস্থা।
ওনি দেখতে চিকন পিচন দিকে ওপর নিছে সমান।মুখে মেছতা আছে আচিল ছিল।জিজ্ঞস করি এটা কী করে হইছে? ওনি বললেন বড়ি খাই তাই এই অবস্হা।
ওনি শীত কাতর। সহজে ঠান্ডা লেগে এবং সর্দি হয়।গোসলে ভয় পায়।লবন পচন্দ করেন না।ওনি হাসতে এবং কাশি দিতে সাবধান থাকেন যেন ওনার প্রস্রাব বেরিয়ে যাবে।
আমি ওনাকে সিপিয়া ২০০ থকে শুরু করলাম শেষ ১০০০০ পয়ন্ত দিতে ওনি আরোগ্য লাভ করেছে।

Sepia,is our more important medicine, maximum times it's wrong used.Many time it's use without symptoms.It's deep anti psoric,anti sycotic & anti sypilitic.It's a chilly mrdicine.It's effects both mail & female,but it's more effect in females body.It's a more melancholic medicine.Females hip is flattery. It's produced a rare females diseases is called moles(moles is lie or falls pregnant, all pregnant symptoms are prrsent,as like period is stop,breast developed,nausia,large abdomen,milk in breasts etc,but no foetus heart sond)also natrum carb is agood medicine for this.Sepia pt has low sexual exitement(females),they are not more sexy.Uterine prolapses is their common problems. Podo, ruta sepia, nat mur, aletris ferinosa, fraxinus americana, lilium tig etc is our very effective medicine for uterine prolapses, it's differ men to men. My dear zakaria, you are correct, if infertility for women sepi, borax, graphytis, nat carb, nat mur, medo, syphilinum is our good medicines. If abortion/miscarriage many times,symptometically sepia,nat mur,nat carb,syphilinun,medo,vibernum opu & pruni,is our very good remedies. Enuresis sepia, causticum, kreosote, blumea odoreta etc. Vaginismus sepia is class one medicine with symptomps. Nat mur & phosphorus is complementary, but nux vom it's action double. My dear zakaria you are correct, but caulophylim & hypericum is best.
Sorry, caulophylum. Sepia & murex is similar to uterus prolapses, but sepia pt is low sexual exited & murex is more sexual. Sepia is low sexual tendancy, but murex is more sexy. My dear azizul it will be nitri spritus dulcis.If sepia is failed or slow action we can use nat mur & then sepia.
Nitri spritus dulcis is a uncommon & rare uses medicine.Where temparature is not high,but pt is semi or half consious,in this case 10 to 15 drops medcine mixed a cup of water & used 2 spoon at aatime half to one hour,in uraemia apis,heleborus etc is failed then used 5-10 drops at time at intervals. Sorry, 10 to 15 minute. At intervals of 10-15 miniutes. Apis,nat mur,heleborus,coleus arometicus & nitri spritus etc is our good diuretic medicine.

Sepia :in acute gonorrhoea sepia is not more effective/uses, in secondary stages some times uses,its main use in suppressed gonorrhoea or gleet stages,its main action in gleet stage,when no more pus or no more burning but not cured, then this time with symptomps sepia is our one of the greatest remedy.
